SECURITY: All after-hours events require security officers. Friends of the Museum Event Rental staff will determine the number of security officers necessary and will schedule arrangements. The client is required to pay for security officers and this fee is non-refundable. The cost for security is $35.00 per hour per officer. Officers are generally scheduled one half hour prior to event commencement and stay one half hour after the event ends. TECHNICAL FEES: Audiovisual equipment is available throughout the Museum. Requests for such needs are required 30 days prior to the event. A full list of equipment, its pricing, and technician fees is available upon request. EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING: Educational Programming includes two educators and one table containing material on various science subjects. Larger events may require more educators and additional tables and materials. A full list of programs is available upon request. MUSEUM STORE: The Museum Store is available for after-hours events. There is a $100.00 non-refundable deposit required for this service.
