Saturday, February 2
10 AM–4 PM

Sir Walter Wally and Friends of the N.C. Museum of Natural Sciences invite you to participate in the annual statewide celebration of Groundhog Day. Join an esteemed group of local luminaries and see Sir Walter Wally emerge from his winter digs. Learn about groundhogs and hibernation. TeachersTeachers: since Groundhog Day falls on Saturday this year, we will not be taking weather watch reports. Feel free to use the Weather Watch Activity Guide with your students.
